Balloons Of All Colours

I received this collage in the mail today from my mail pal, Diane (she who sent me the "stuffy" a few weeks ago.).
It's so delicate and I really love the transparency that's happening in parts of it.

I know I have said this before, but I do get the coolest mail. Even my mailman thinks so.
